Atrium Agri, a global market leader and leading player in the greenhouse horticulture sector, today announces the integration of the greenhouse construction activities of Bom Group and Havecon into one new, fully integrated organization. By combining the years of knowledge, experience, and expertise of both renowned partners, Atrium Agri is strengthening collaboration within the group. The new organization, which will become operational from autumn 2026 at Havecon’s current location in Bleiswijk, will form the foundation for a future-proof and efficient organization.

The restructuring is primarily driven by current market challenges. Due in part to geopolitical developments, demand for large-scale, high-tech turnkey greenhouse solutions has become less predictable. Atrium Agri is therefore consolidating specializations and optimizing processes to build a future-proof organization and to further strengthen its service to customers.

Ready for future challenges
The restructuring will bring changes that create new opportunities for technical development, specialization, and growth. Customers will benefit from combined expertise and improved processes, enabling projects to be executed more efficiently and with even greater knowledge. With this development, Atrium Agri continues to focus on innovation and strengthening its market position, ensuring that the new organization is well prepared to address future challenges in the high-tech horticulture sector.
